The role involves: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Requirements: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Full-time with occasional weekends.
