HSE officer — Pike County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Pike County, Indiana. The job is at an oil and gas facility. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On a typical shift you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
