Powder spray gun operator — Moniteau County

What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
