Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Sherburne County, Minnesota. You will work at an accident repair centre. On the job you will handle: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
