You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
