Argon arc welder • Walworth County, South Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Part-time with flexible hours.
