Immediate opening: steel fixing chargehand (Idaho)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Gooding County, Idaho. Day to day you will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Full-time with occasional weekends.
