Kitchenhand wanted in Presque Isle County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Presque Isle County, Michigan. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Rotating shifts.
