Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Martin County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
