Digger driver — City of Waynesboro

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a digger driver in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. You will work at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Day to day you will clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels.
