Gas service engineer — North Lanarkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Day to day you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites 4+ years on the tools preferred.
