Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Day-to-day duties: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
