Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Dallas County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
