We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Vernon County, Wisconsin. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 1+ years on the tools preferred.
