What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Overtime paid at a premium rate.
