Roofing foreman • Atlantic County, New Jersey

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The role involves torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
