Confectioner wanted in Saint Francois County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Saint Francois County, Missouri. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred.
