Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
