Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Clinton County, Kentucky. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
