Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
