Catering cook — Borough of Swindon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Borough of Swindon, England. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Full-time, day shift.
