Halal butcher — Menominee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Menominee County, Michigan. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 4+ years on the tools preferred.
