GMAW welder • Montour County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Montour County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
