Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Coosa County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Full-time, day shift.
