Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
