Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
