Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Phelps County, Missouri. The job is at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
