Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
