On a typical shift you will negotiate prices and close the deal; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor; handle cash and card payments at the counter. Ideal candidate: • Accurate in handling cash • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
