External wall insulation fitter • Kitsap County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Kitsap County, Washington. You will be based on a construction site. You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Your main tasks: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application 4+ years on the tools preferred.
