We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Fayette County, Tennessee. The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
