Waiter wanted in Lapeer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will work in a café. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
