Urgent requirement: assembly operator (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly operator in Butler County, Iowa. Day to day you will follow the work instruction sheet for each station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
