We are recruiting: scullery hand (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lee County, Virginia. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
