Civil works labourer • Greene County, North Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Greene County, North Carolina. You will work on a building construction site. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day-to-day duties: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Six days a week, one day off.
