Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
