Ironing operator — Yola South

Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Yola South, Adamawa State. You will work at a dry cleaner's. On the job you will handle: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Performance bonus on top of base pay.
