Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. The role involves: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
