On a typical shift you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
