Concrete shuttering carpenter — Alamosa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Alamosa County, Colorado. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
