Elevator technician wanted in Gove County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Gove County, Kansas. You will work in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring On a typical shift you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
