You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
