Rebar worker • Berkeley County, West Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
