Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
