Now hiring: we are hiring a chiller technician in Oldham County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs On the job you will handle: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
