Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Flagler County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces 6+ years on the tools preferred. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
