Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
