Requirements: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps Rotating shifts.
