Fry cook wanted in Cleveland County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Cleveland County, Arkansas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
