Confectioner — Naugatuck Valley Planning Region

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
